3330 Neid Road

We have 10 acres planted at the 3330 site with varietals that we feel are best suited to the East Kelowna terroir including Riesling, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris. This is the original site of the Kelowna Land and Orchards (K.L.O) headquarters and is now home to our tasting room. The four blocks at 3330 are a combination of ranging single vineyard soils. The site receives sun all day long as well as a continuous light breeze making it an ideal site to sustainably farm quality Okanagan wines.

3370 Neid Road

Trent & Ria Kitsch purchased this East Kelowna site in 2010 after selling their successful underwear company SAXX. Old apple trees occupied the 2.5 acres of planting and after getting married amongst the trees the couple decided it needed a refresh. In 2013, after considering input from industry veterans and their personal wine preferences, they planted the east-facing block themselves which is was home to our Maria’s Block Riesling from 2015 through 2019. Maria's Block was named after Ria's side of the family where the women all share the name Maria.

2830 East Kelowna Road

This site was purchased at the end of 2018 and is located on the East Kelowna Bench just a short walk from the tasting room and the same eastern sunrise exposure as 3370 Neid Rd. The history of this property is rich as one of the main Kelowna Land Orchard settlement properties. In the Spring of 2020, with many hands and lots of love, we planted 5 clones of Pinot Noir and 24,000 new vines.
